How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Please allow for up to 8 weeks for production of items, orders will be shipped directly to your homes.
Can I Order Again?
Once the store closes orders will begin production and will not be able to be ordered again.
The Team Shop will only be open for a limited time so be sure to order during the time-frame. Depending on your team, there may be a scheduled reopening for the next season.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders will be shipped directly to the address provided. We do not offer in-store pickup.
However, this does not apply to you if your organization is offering a pickup at your team facility.
Can I put my number on it?
If your team allows for this - you must enter it on each item in the given input area on the product page. Numbers can not be changed once order is completed.
Can I change my size?
Custom team gear is made to order and cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Who should I contact if I have an issue with my order?
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team via the contact form on our website. Include your order number for faster assistance.
Can I return or exchange custom apparel?
Since all team store items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
